The Senior Leadership Team led by the Head, is ultimately responsible for Forward Planning in all parts of the School.

The School Development Plan should be based on the systematic evaluation of needs. If this is done, then the Plan will direct the School towards improvement.

A consultant with experience as a member of a Senior Leadership Team, with specific responsibility for Whole School Planning, will guide the S.L.T. through the planning process and the significant management issues involved.
