Development
Planning is a process which can bring a School closer together. It is an on-going
cyclical process which should begin with a Whole School Evaluation of the current
Development Plan.
A Registered Inspector of Schools can provide strategies for involving all staff
both academic and non-academic in a way which encourages and values participation.
It is through this participation that staff come to understand the aims of the
school and the part they have to play in achieving them.
