Each Inspection Report concludes with Recommendations for Action. These are made in order to improve the Schools' performance.

The ways in which the School proposes to follow up these recommendations should be reflected in the School Development Plan.

Clear targets need to be set to address the issues raised and these need to be achieved in the timescale set by the Inspection team leader.
