1. Ensure you have a good Virus Checker and Firewall in place

2. Do not attempt to view any email attachments that end with the
    words "zip" or "exe" unless you know your source. If number 1
    above is in place and uptodate then this problem should not arise

3. If you know that you have a virus of any sort DO NOT send any
    emails or exchange software on discs.

4. Always check any software on discs brought home with a virus
    checker before using these files
